Accessibility

Parking: There are two accessible parking spaces located at the front of the Ocean Spa main entrance on Marine Parade.

Entrance to Ocean Spa: Please use our main front entrance on Marine Parade as this is at ground level. Our back door entrance from the carpark area has stairs.

Wheelchair Access: Accessible main entrance and reception area. Ramps are also located from reception to our outside areas. The Toddler pool and Active pool (unheated) has ramp access.  Unfortunately hoists and ramps to our other pools are not available at this time, entry is via steps or stairs - however we are working to improve accessibility for these areas.

Toilets: Accessible toilets are located at our reception area and in our outside area behind the Toddlers pool.

Pools: Ramps are located from the reception area for access to outside pool areas. The Toddler pool and Active pool (unheated) have ramp access. Unfortunately hoists and ramps to our other pools are not available at this time, entry is via steps or stairs, however we are working to improve accessibility for these areas.

Disability Assist Dogs: Ocean Spa building allows the entry of Disability Assist Dogs for those requiring essential assistance. Assist dogs are welcome provided they are essential, are managed at all times, and owners can present evidence of their Disability Assist Dog registration upon arrival.

Gym: Our ground floor gym area is fully accessible which contains free weights and weight machines. The upper floor which has group fitness and cardio equipment is only accessible by stairs.
