A calming class infused with moves from yoga, tai chi and Pilates to build whole body strength, center your chi and relieve stress.

A scientific core workout that uses athletic training principles to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core.

A 30 min high intensity interval training workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle.

A total body strength workout that will shape and tone all major muscle groups, increase core strength, improve bone health and leave you feeling strong and fit.

A circuit training class which involves endurance, resistance and cardio training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

A form of exercises which concentrate on strengthening the body with emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.

Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breathe. Power yoga, which is also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a fast-paced style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories.
