FIND A CLASS TO SUIT YOU

Body conditioning will improve strength and heart rate for general fitness, endurance, and toning. A great ‘head to toe’ workout.

Body strengthening targets the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body to improve muscle, strength, and functional fitness.

This class involves completing reps using a variety of weights. These exercises are designed to boost metabolism and burn body fat. 

Circuit classes involve a rotation of different stations, combining strength and cardiovascular fitness in one. A great class for all fitness levels. 

A high intensity class to build strength, muscle, stability and endurance in your core and the muscles that support it. 

A complete mobility session including foam rolling, static stretching and functional movement patterns to increase range of motion, prevent injury, and aid recovery. 

A calming class infused with moves from yoga, tai chi and pilates.  This class will build whole body flexibility, balance, center your chi, and relieve stress. 

A total body strength workout to tone and shape all major muscle groups, improve bone health, muscular endurance, and general fitness. 

A high intensity interval training workout designed to build strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. 

Pilates focuses on strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. Pilates has an emphasis on challenging and strengthening the core muscles. 

Characterised by stringing poses together, moving from one to another using breath. Vinyasa will improve flexibility, posture, and de-stress.
