To help us to cater to the needs of our members and visitors, we’re changing our opening hours from 1 December. We’ll open a little earlier so you can make the most of your fitness experience when it suits you.
Operating hours from 1 December
Monday to Saturday: 5.30am to 9.30pm (Last entry at 9 pm)
Sundays and public Holidays: 7.30am to 9.30pm (Last entry at 9 pm)
The above hours apply to both the gym and pool facilities.
