Members Update

As we welcome the New Year, we want to thank you for your ongoing support as part of the Ocean Spa community. We value your membership, and we’re committed to providing consistent service and making facility improvements throughout the year to enhance your wellness experience.

New Equipment

We’re looking forward to elevating your workout with new state-of-the-art cardio equipment in February. New cross trainers, bikes and treadmills will be installed with improved ergonomic design, functionality and sustainability features. These enhancements are part of our commitment to providing you with top-notch facilities and services.

Changes in Membership Fees

To support continuous improvements, there will be an increase in membership fees. We want to assure you that this decision was made with careful consideration to sustain the quality of our facilities and services. As a valued member, you will be contacted with a 60-day notice before any price adjustments as your membership approaches the end of its contracted term (6 or 12 months post-joining).

Opt-Out Option and Hassle-Free Process

We understand that changes in fees may require adjustments, and we want to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. The increase will be applied automatically to your direct debit accounts. If you wish to opt out, please contact Ocean Spa in writing via email, providing a minimum of 10 days' notice before your next scheduled direct debit.

New Members

If you are yet to become a member of Ocean Spa, our updated fees will come into effect on 5 February 2024.
